Online ordering
Piggy Bank Factory welcomes you to browse. At Piggy Bank Factory we offer piggy banks for girls, personalized boy piggy banks, piggy banks for children, and baby piggy banks. We have displayed our banks, so you can get a full view of the item, along with a written description. Once you see an item you may wish to purchase, simply click the “Add to Cart” button. Your shopping cart will appear with your most recent additions at the bottom of the page.  At this time, you may be prompted to select size and/or color of your item, as well as add personalization.

We offer FREE personalization on all our items, with the exception of “Blank Goods”.  Below each of the items in your shopping cart, will be a window to add personalization. On most products you can have a name, initials, date and/or a short message put on your bank. The character count for each item is stated above the window. Exceeding that character count will compromise the appearance of your bank. Our style is to capitalize the first letter of each word. Please indicate in parentheses if you wish otherwise. The color of the name will be done as depicted in the product photo. Please note that items are Hand Painted and will vary slightly as artist’s writing and styles vary slightly. With this in mind, we hope that you will appreciate that your item is truly unique.


Editing your order
You may change the quantity of any item in your cart by clicking the “Quantity” box and typing in a new number. Verify by clicking the “Recalculate” button. Please note: that having a quantity of 2 or more will result in you receiving more than one of that item personalized the same way. If you wish to have that item personalized differently, you must go back to the item on the product page and “Add to Cart” again. You can then type the second personalization.


Checking out
When you are finished shopping, take a moment to review the items in your cart. Double check all colors, designs, and most importantly, spelling of personalization. Then click “Finalize Order” at the base of the shopping cart page. Follow all instructions to complete your order.

Customer Pick Up – For those near or passing through Delaware, orders can be picked up at our facility in Milford. These orders need to be placed and paid for in advance. 


Turn around time
Personalized items are done to order. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for standard orders. Express Orders are prioritized in production to be delivered within 6 business days in the 48 contiguous states. The fee for Express is an extra $10 per address.
custom orders
Our talented staff accepts special design requests when our production schedule allows. There are additional fees for this service, starting at $5 for color changes to existing PBF designs and more for custom work. We have a limited color pallet and an established style but can meet most requests, including matching room decor, bedding, special interests and personalized messages. While every effort is made to meet your design needs, it is difficult to precisely interpret verbal and written requests to visual format, therefore these orders are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. Licensed characters and trademarked designs excluded.

Payment options
We currently accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Google Checkout and PayPal for your online orders. Personal Checks and Money Orders can be used for orders mailed in or picked up at our facility.  Sorry, we do not offer terms or ship COD’s.

gift orders
The majority of our orders are intended for gifts. We include an invoice in all packages that conceals prices and allows for you to attach a gift message. Most items can be beautifully gift wrapped for an extra $5.
product care
Special care is needed for many of our items as they are hand painted. Chemicals in cleaning agents and many skin care products, especially sun screen effect the paint. We suggest simply wiping down your gift with a soft cloth (wet or dry) if needed. Our items are for indoor decorative use and will last for years under these conditions.


Shipping Rates are based on merchandise total, destination and service desired. Ground shipping takes 2-3 weeks for delivery and is available for physical (non P.O. Box) addresses in the 48 continental states. Express shipping is delivered within 6 business days to continental non P.O. Box addresses. Post rates include orders being shipped via U.S. Postal Service to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S.V.I and APO and P.O. Box addresses. Post shipping often takes longer than 3 weeks for delivery. Canada shipping takes 3 weeks for delivery. Shipping to areas outside of those listed is quite costly, typically $65 or more per box. Express shipping
For an extra charge of $10 per address, your order can be delivered in the 48 contiguous states, within 6 business days. This fee prioritizes your order in production and shipping.
Holiday shipping schedule
We live for holidays! As holidays approach, we often increase our staff to meet production demands. Holiday delivery schedules are often posted at the top of our homepage.
Due to U.S. Government restrictions, we cannot ship items to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria.
Occasionally an item will be out of stock, delaying delivery of an order. Items that are backordered will be sent once they are back in stock. If we are not able to deliver your order in the promised time, you will be notified by email or phone.
Tracking your order
After shipment of your order, you will be emailed a tracking number which you can plug into the FEDEX, UPS, or postal website to track your order.


Cancelling an order
Your order may be canceled any time before personalization has begun. Production schedules vary but often orders go into production within 36 hrs, same day or next business day for Express orders, so call as early as possible.


Inspect your shipment upon receipt. If yours is damaged or defective, contact us immediately. Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery.  Items are inspected prior to being painted so damages occur in shipping in most cases. We will file a claim with our carrier and issue a replacement immediately.  We ask that you keep the damaged item/s and it packaging (including the shipping box) until your replacement is received, in case the carrier wishes to inspect it.

Refunds & returns
Piggy Bank Factory is committed to customer satisfaction. Our items are hand painted and personalized to order, therefore cannot be resold. With this in mind, we do everything possible to assure accuracy and quality before your gift leaves our facility. If we misspell your item a replacement will be issued immediately.  We occasionally ask for digital photos to be submitted to assess the damage and assure we don’t err again.  Personalized items are nonreturnable. Non personalized items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange. Items must be unused in their original condition and packaging. After getting return authorization from our customer service, ship items back, using a, traceable method. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Privacy policy

In order to hand-personalize each product, Piggy Bank Factory requires that you submit certain private information to us for most items. This may consist of your child's name(s) or age(s), birthdate(s), etc. This information is used only to personalize your purchases, and is held strictly confidential.

E-mail Addresses
During the checkout process, we collect your e-mail address. Your e-mail address is used in the order process unless the box to join our list is checked. If you sign up for our list we will occasionally send offers of special deals and coupons on our products. This information is never sold or rented to third parties.

Web Statistics
We use a 3rd party web statistics provider Google. This is to track and understand visitor behavior in order to provide a better customer experience. This information is never tied to any specific customer and is anonymous. Google analytics privacy policy can be found at


Security policy

Piggy Bank Factory is fully secured using technology called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to encrypt any personal information you transmit to us online. The information is encrypted on your computer and decoded after it reaches our secure server. This information cannot be decrypted during transit. Your credit card information remains secures and protected even from our in-house staff.

Cookies are files that your browser puts on your personal computer’s hard drive. Piggy Bank Factory uses this feature to assign a unique identification to your computer. We create and then use these cookie files to track your cart content and to recognize you when you return to our site. This saves you from having to re-enter your billing and shipping information each time you shop with us. We do not use these cookies to retrieve personal information about you from your computer unless such information was willingly and knowingly provided by you.
